 Spring Creek Traditional Menu • Your choice of 2 meats: *Sliced Brisket *Chopped Brisket *Smoked Sausage *Cracked Black Pepper Sausage *Carolina-Style Pulled Pork *Smoked Chicken *Smoked Turkey *Smoked Ham • Spring Creek's Original BBQ Sauce • Potato salad, coleslaw and beans • Pickles, peppers and onions • Texas sliced bread • Sugar cookies • Lemonade and iced tea, with accompaniments • Tableware: plastic plates, cups and cutlery packets Services Provided: • Servers provided for one hour at no additional charge • Red-skirted service tables • All necessary equipment and personnel • Meats carved on-site and individually served • Cleanup of service area • The most courteous and efficient catering personnel in the business! Pricing: • $11.95 per plate, plus tax Menu Options: • $2.00 per plate to add 3rd meat • $2.50 per plate to add ribs • $2.00 per plate, plus tax, to add peach cobbler or banana pudding |
